Very disappointed with manager. Wanted to purchase a large floor mirror; I dragged it half way to registers and was able to get a male employee to bring to front - he said he’d carry to my car so he put it up front. I waited on line ( 4 customers in front of me.) I Get to the register and NO mirror! I asked where it was - then manager came and said I couldn’t purchase it because some else said they wanted it and that they left it to find someone to help carry it. I say once you leave an item it is up for grabs!! There were two women - why didn’t the friend stay with the mirror while the other lady looked for someone?

Would give the Manager a "0" if I could!!!! Left this location disappointed, as the Manager that was on duty was rude and spoke poorly/down to the staff. I purchased a piece of beautiful furniture and the staff on duty tried to fit the desk in my back seat. In doing so it scraped not only the desk, but also my car tint (which didn't even notice until leaving the store). But she was basically trying to remove the black markings which was taking off he paint exposing the metal base. I ended just advising i would return it, the staff member advised if I wasn't sure they would take the price down, so the amount I would pay would be around $215 (I paid $321). I said okay I'll just see if I can fix it or get it refinished with the savings and the Manager said "no, we will take $25 off". I shook my head and asked the sells clerk to just return it. Then after advising this the the Customer Service Rep they apologized and said they would let their insurance dept know and get in contact with me about the tint of my window. Where is the customer service these days?!?!?! Super disappointed and shocked at the treatment received.

I was buying a carpet, had to help ourselves, my wife and I. And then this lady, who looked drunk, belligerently say, what are you guys doing and how did you get that carpet down. I informed her I pulled it down like I saw a store employee do. She then became argumentative with my wife telling her that we can't do that and we need to stop. I told her that I was getting the carpet. My wife said who are you, because this lady had a serious attitude. The lady tells my wife that we need to stop (as I am rolling up the carpet) and my wife says why, no one is helping us and anyway, do you work here. This strange, belligerent lady says yes I do, but has no uniform or nametag. She then yanks the tag for the carpet price from my wife's hand, yelling, and says she will take that and leave it at the counter. My wife says who are you, give me that (the price) and takes it from this drunk looking belligerent lady. I tell this weird lady, we are buying this carpet and we need the price sticker and that she had better leave and go away. Whoever this lady is, she was a down right, disrespectful b#tch and very rude, especially toward my wife, it turns out she is a Home Goods employee as we found out from an employee who approached us and asked what the problem was. My wife explained everything to her, and then to a manger; we, as well as a couple other people shopping, reinforced how rude, belligerent, and disrespectful this lady was. The manager apologized but people need to be aware that there is a very rude and disrespectful lady working at this Home Goods.
