DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! If I had the option to give a zero star rating, I would. This store has tried to scam my fiance and I twice.

The first time we visited, we came to merge our plans. They told us we needed a 25 GB data plan, which we later learned is absolutely ridiculous. We took their word for it at the time, and because of this, my fiance lost his plan that he was grandfathered into. We worked with AT&T Customer Service over the phone once we realized that something was not right. They apologized on the store's behalf, but were unable to restore his old plan.

Our second visit, we came so that my fiance could trade in his S5 for a new model. As AT&T is currently having a promotion where a $300 credit is offered for trade-ins, which he verified before we went in - which can be used on the new phone, bill, your account, anything. When we went to the store, the employees told us that the $300 could be applied to accessories only. They did this because they receive commission and spiffs on accessories they sell. Scam artists. We left with nothing after waiting over 30 minutes to be acknowledged. We called AT&T Corporate when we left and reported this.

Do not visit this store, they will swindle you and mess up your plan.

Levi the Disgustingly rude supervisor.  Did not pick up phone three separate times trying to call about being a power of attorney if i still needed to bring the account holder,  (called another store, they say the legal paper work doesn't matter still had to bring my emphysemic stroke victim grandfather, the account holder even though i have power of attorney  for him.) brought him to get a new phone, they did not acknowledge us when we walked in. Waited an half an hour before we were spoken to and helped to tell us they have no phones under 200 dollars. When I told them I had tried to call and get information the supervisor  told me they never pick up the phone when they're helping a customer because it might "seem rude" to the customer they are assisting. This is after we watched him flirt with the young women he was "assisting"  for half an hour and gave her a discount for being a state farm member. (He can do it for publix emploees he bragged as well)

Don't bother.

We walk into the store with our week old son, trying to get some info and get out quickly. We  get a hello because the ONE guy working is with a customer. So we sit down to wait. About 10 minutes later, some lady and her kids walk in and jump in front of us and start trying to get help before us, even though we arrived first. The guy working doesn't say a single word to her about us being there first and continues to answer her questions. We've now been there half an hour with nothing other than a hello. We left and that AT&T store lost our business and a possible phone sale. We WON'T be back.

I had a great experience with a young man there named Levi.  We were paying way to much on our Internet and tv bill, and he helped get our bill down quite a lot. Sometimes busy but the store is located conveniently too.

This was my first time at this new At&t store. I have been an At&t customer forever but don't often visit the store. I was looking into getting a new phone but had no idea what to get and what would fit in my budget. I am also not the most technologically savvy. Matt helped me. He was so helpful and patient. He took his time explaining the pros and cons of each phone as well as price. Ultimately I chose a smaller IPhone. Matt then spent time with me, setting it all up and walking me through as it was my first IPhone! He recommended what phone case and screen protector to get as well. All was within my budget which I didn't think was possible. There were no hidden fees when I got my bill either, as he also explained what I should expect. When I left the store I felt confident in my purchase and I love my phone! We are going back to get my husband one this week. I highly recommend this Deland At&t store(next to Starbucks) and ask for Matt!
