Samantha at T-Mobile made my switch from Sprint extremely easy.  Her customer service is above and beyond!  I have been in Sales for over 20 years and I am not easy to impress. I highly recommend that you pay her a visit!!

Cristian and Leo are the best! So glad to finally have a T-Mobile in Deland! I recommend these guys very highly...they were  very helpful, quick and efficient! Will definitely be back! Thanks guys!!!

Well i been a costumer for 15 years.... it was my sons bday nd all i wanted was to get him a phone...the sales representative name was Leonardo....excellent human being.... even though he try to help me my bills was 2 days late nd i had ask for a payment plan...t mobile wanted me to pay the bill in full in order to upgrade my sons phone...mind u 15 years wit the company nd 10 lines for the whole family on my account....Leonardo try nd try calling costumer service,,costumer loyaltys etc...but tmobile didnt care...he informed them he thought it was unfair nd he was sure they were loosing me as a costumer... i was going to leave the company but the way this rep worked on my behalf nd my child,, jeopradizing his job letting the company know it was wrong,...changed my mind...his effort won me back...
If it wasnt from this gentleman named Leonardo i would of have left..
Thank u Leonardo for all u try to do.. this company needs more employees like u...outstanding job nd wonderfull costumer service......

The service was excellent! Good place, nice store! the customer service was excellent, very dinamic, the sales employee Leonardo was very kind and helpfull with me and my family.
