I had a problem with my phone that turned out to be an issue on my end and not theirs. The new management of this store and the parent company VP of sales took amazingly good care of us. They were patient, kind, took my complaints seriously and fairly and were gracious when it was realized to not be their issue.  Thank you to them for their great customer service!

Love love love at&t!!! I just got my new Galaxy 8 and Galaxy Tab E! They have the best deals! I personally don't watch too much tv since I'm on the road a lot so I watch it off my phone instead with at&t for a good monthly price! This located was really nicely displayed! The customer service was excellent! Great experience buying my new phone! Yaaay!!! So excited!! A+++++++++ I also got my screen protector replaced no problem!

If I could give - stars I would. A fraudulent account was set up in my name without my consent. I have asked 2 different managers to help with this. I was assured it would be taken care. It was not. Beware of these 'authorized' dealers, they don't care.

The store was short handed but we got in first and the Tech setup my new phone and diagnosed my wife's phone trouble in about 20 minutes

I was really blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff even opens the door when you walk in! I was helped by Devven, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He helped diagnose my phone (it turns out I needed a new one) and wrote down step by step directions on how to file a claim online. When I came back with the new phone (like a week later), Devven opened the door and GREETED ME BY NAME. He helped hook everything up and made the whole process really painless. Really outstanding staff! Thanks for the help, guys!
