Carols has a terrible attitude... don't deal with him. Cut me off on my sentences and basically didn't want to do his easy job. Is it really too hard for you to do the job you are paid to do? 
Thanks to the manager who didn't step in when a Rouge customer was calling us douchbags! Good customer service....

Go to this store only if you want to get terrible attitude and have people try and fight you...seriously.

Absolutely the WORST service ever. We went in asking for help on transferring contacts from an online order of phones. The actual store manager said that he had better and more important customers waiting ahead of us, customers that had actually purchased devices at his store. Then told us that because some of the devices that we were trading into T-Mobile for the cancellation from Sprint, would not be eligible for early termination fee reimbursement. Did not offer another time and day to come in, did not offer any extra help. I do not think I have ever been treated so disrespectfully.
