Don't listen to some of these other reviewers even though there are only a few bad reviews, my experience at this store in particular was amazing, first off I came in the store and the place was spotless. The next thing I came in and the manager of the store greeted me and made me feel like I was part of the family. I was in and out in a "jiffy," as the kids say it these days. I assure you you won't have a bad experience at this store.

My experience with the AT&T store in Northfield Square mall has been terrible from the start. After being customers of Verizon for many years we switched to AT&T because they were offering $25 off my Direct TV bill and free HBO for life. I regret that decision now. The manager Josh is very condescending and instead of trying to resolve the problem his attitude only escalates the situation. I had to go in there today because after three weeks on the phone with AT&T about my gift card they owed me for switching to AT&T, they told me to go to the store and they could fix it there. Right from the start he told me that I must have misunderstood what they were telling me and he didn’t know what they wanted him to do. He finally decided to look at my account and told me they actually overpaid me and I wasn’t owed anything. That’s when he really started to talk down to me and treat me like I was stupid. He made a copy of the offer that was on the desk and said it’s all in here. When I asked him where exactly it was on the paper he couldn’t show me. I also told him that he had messed up our account when we first switched back in June by putting us on the wrong plan that didn’t include the free HBO he told me that it didn’t matter because he put me on the cheaper plan. I guess it’s ok as long as his mistake cost you less money even if it isn’t the one you want. As I was leaving he did offer a very insincere apology for all the hassle I have had to endure with AT&T. If you are considering switching to AT&T, do yourself a favor and go to Verizon. Anytime I had to contact Verizon they were always able to rectify the problem with one phone call. That has not been my experience with AT&T. If you do decide AT&T is for you, I would definitely go to another store because the management at this store is very unprofessional.

Don't go to the Bradley store in the mall .The manger is nothing but a liar!!! We've had nothing but trouble from the get go due to his mistakes . He's very rude and talks down to customers . He takes no responsibility and shows no respect at all !!!!!!! Please save yourself lots of frustration go somewhere else!!! Better yet don't use A T & T at all !!!! The customer service sucks !!!!!! Trust me we will NEVER make this mistake EVER again!!!!! As soon as we can we will be switching back to their competitor . We never had this kind of trouble and their customer service is wonderful! They care about their customers !!!
