I want geek squad for help with iPad and iPod itune updates.  Sent me to appliances and a machine I couldn't understand.  I hung up.

I Wish there was a rating less than 1 star because they would recieve that. After taking my girlfriends computer in for warrenty work, they decided the motherboard was bad, which is wasnt. they switched the motherboard to a different brand than the one that belongs in the computer, which then made the copy of windows that came installed on it INVALID because it was oem. Obviusly when u switch the Manufacturers board with one by a Different Manufacturer the OEM (Original Equipment from the Manufacturer) Windows Key That came with it will no longer work. Not One Member of the geek squad Understood this. Not Only Did They Not Fix The Problem, They Caused Another One And Refused To Fix It. A friend of mine took there PC in to get it looked at after it was hit by lightning. They gave him his computer back after the 80$ Diagnostic fee with a different power supply in it then it had originaly. why? because they forgot they put it in there. Absolute Trash, Worst Techs Ever. Luckily there was a Local computer shop with reasonable Prices to fix there mistakes.
