Needed help finding certain computer components and then later on with a WiFi extender and some power strips/extension cords. No pressure to buy something else, just plain talk about what they had and what it could do and let me make my own decision since I knew what I wanted. They will be able to help someone who doesn't know technology, as well. I'd feel comfortable sending my mother in here alone and to know she won't come home with a lot of stuff she didn't need.

One star is more than they deserve. We bought a stove on Dec 31. First, they gave us the price of the stove and when we went to ring it up they tell us there was a $250 charge for the conversion kit. When we said we would need to look into that and started to walk away that price went down to $70.00. It took six scheduled appointments to finally get it installed. Two of the appointments they did not even show up or call. That was 27 hours of my PTO at work that I had to take to be there at their convenience. After their first attempt the oven flamed up and filled our house with smoke. We called the store and they tried to blame our propane provider. We asked for a manager and got "there was no manager on duty" and we also did not receive a call back. After dealing with their customer (no) service to no avail, we got the polite "good faith offer" of $125. After spending nearly $1400 and six weeks of dealing with their rude and incompetent customer (no) service, nothing has been resolved and they keep promising to call back and don't. My advice to anyone who wants to buy something from Best Buy (Best No Service), be forewarned to not expect to get any help if something goes wrong. Just try to get someone to talk to you without a script. Let me save you some time and tell you now-"We are sorry that you had a bad experience and we would like to give you a fair and generous offer in good faith."

I had purchased a TV online and by the time it arrived at my door (laying on its side) it looked like the delivery driver had hulk smashed it the entire drive to my house. I took it to the best buy store (cause there was no way I was ordering it online again!) and was met by a gentleman named Kary, he had absolutely wonderful customer service skills. He had a very good and positive attitude and said it was no problem and would be happy to exchange it. I was impressed and loved the store and it's workers!

We had an EXCELLENT experience at this store...from the moment we walked in, the store manager Frank assisted us and then handed us off to Rick Martin, who was fabulous! He really went above and beyond to explain all of the new TV features and answer all of my husband's questions and did I mention it was on Black Friday! He still took the time to help us and in the end, we purchased 3 TV's that we are very happy with. You can tell that the employees work together and get along and it was nice to see. Thanks again Rick Martin, you're the best!

5⭐for customer service from the time that we walked into Best buy until we left the store 5 🌟 The Store Manager we didn't get his name was very nice to help us until Travis was able to assist. When deciding on Brands and sizes Travis was able to give us his recomdation and made our decision to buy on the spot. Another salesperson in the store that was great was Richard which helped me in the past when I bought a copier machine. He definitely took the time to show me tonight what I needed to do for my computer. And lastly, the security at the front desk was very courtesy. When he couldn't get assistance to help us load he took the time himself to help. I just wanted to say we appreciate their customer service. Thanks! T/M Lee
