Wonderful and professional customer service is provided at this AT&T Authorized Retailer location. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and they go over everything with you and don’t let you walk out of the store without having answered all of your questions. 
I was able to write down their names down after I finished up upgrading my phone the other day. Brian, Scott, Javier, Eyad, & Justine are all about customer service and they work as a team! 
They teamed up and sold me into the importance of getting a case and an screen protector for my new iPhone 8 Plus. 
They also helped me transfer all of my information. Each one of them took part of the whole transaction and I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my friends.

WONDERFUL BUNCH TO WORK WITH.  MANAGER BRIAN GOES "ABOVE AND BEYOND" WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WILL FIND YOU THE BEST BUY POSSIBLE.

I am very upset that I wasn’t able to get the names of the associates who were working on the morning of 10/16 around 11:30am/noon. My boyfriend and I walked in to the store with plans to both purchase new phones and we were not greeted by the associates, who were helping other customers. We were never told that they would “be with us in a moment” or anything of that nature. We stood there about 30 minutes, still never being greeted or helped. A Caucasian man walked in and both associates happily greeted him and told him they would help him shortly. My boyfriend and I then walked out. The customer service was horrible, and the associates were very discriminatory. If this AT&T location doesn’t take this comment seriously or if they think that this comment is minute, then I am sure that this place will be very unsuccessful in the future.

Brian the Manager is very kind, supportive, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help my whole family!! He makes AT&T worth keeping 😉
