Sometimes is so packed!!!! You are lucky if you come in & out in less than 3 hours.
But at least the staff is always nice and always willing to help you.

I got a really bad services there. The manager doesn't have a good attitude to help costumers. I was completely disappointed.

Big fat chick comes over and asks me what do I need, takes my name and goes away. I wait for 20 minutes during which she helps several white customers as they walk in. You're doing a great job AT&T employing  white trash racists.

This is the worst ATT store ever,been there twice in one week and waited forever both times. On a Sunday at 4 o’clock getting a screen protector and waiting 50 minutes for that.Management should be ashamed of themselves  how poorly run this store is . Only two people on floor helping customers and one girl checking in people , and one person hiding in the back. Not one manager around overseeing the store. Just keep driving by cause you’ll be there for a long time. I wouldn’t give this place a one star for my life....
