Vey well maintained and clean always!! They have a fancy cart escalator which is really cool!!!! Customer care people doesn’t know everything and could handle my returns properly!!! I wish they have more training!!! This is a small target but you get most of the required stuff here!!! I will go to this place again!!!

Store had a pretty big selection for kids amd kitchen BUT the cafe and bathrooms tanked the trip. Therw were no Target employees in the cafe...we waited five minutes then were greeted by a shoulder - shrugging, loud-sighing smug women who seemed to want nothing to do with us or her job. They were out of Icee lids and the popcorn in the machine was only seeds and crumbs with no intention of popping a new batch. Someone, please train your cafe employees in the are of customer service!!!

What kind of pizza hut doesn't have pizza!! This was rediculous! I understand that people don't necessarily go to Target for the cafe, but it certainly enhances the shopping experience. In my opinion this is a FAIL for this target here in West Palm. I feel very sorry for the employees that has to tell all the customers that pizza hut cafe has no pizza, I'm sure it's not very pleasant for her.

Target - you can do better! I feel like this store is embarrassed about being treated like a wall mart. And how long will the entrance from the covered parking be shuttered and out of order? There is another door around the corner but be prepared to squeeze in past the carts ALL PARKED IN ONE AREA - AS MANY AS WILL FIT that are literally blocking said entrance (that you only went to because the main entrance was...um blocked!) :-/ I’m sure it’s not always like this but it has been the last two times I went. Target isnt Nordstrom but it shouldn’t be trashed out either.
