Have been a long-time AT&T wireless customer. Went to the store to get a replacement SIM card. Lauren helped me out and was very knowledgeable and cordial. Recommend that the store get additional help on Saturday mornings - it was busy, but Lauren was the only one there.

The staff was nice and the place was clean. It's at the festival in Bel Air. The only awful thing was how much I had to wait to get three numbers transfer to AT&T. It took me about an hour. I'm pretty sure it's not their fault but the system but it was horrible.

I went to ask about changing my phone because I was having trouble with the one I got from them a year ago. They told me about an upgrade  and that I could also get an iPad for a certain price for their promotion. I definitely wanted to do that because I wanted to get that for my son’s big gift for Christmas. They didn’t have it in stock so they had to order it. I went to pick it up on 12/23. When they told me the price, it was a LOT higher than what they told me I would get it for with the phone purchase. I told them this and the girl made a call. She said I was told the wrong price and there was nothing she could do. I told her this was supposed to be my son’s big Christmas gift. I can’t afford the price they are saying now. She just said, I’m sorry. Out my son’s big Christmas gift.

Sitting in the parking lot outside of this store frustrated as all get out. Having an issue getting a brand new phone out of the box to activate. The customer service I experienced is appalling. I've been an AT&T customer from when it was Cingular. I've bought many phones for my family through them and worked with many of their staff in the 15+ years we've been a customer. This cs rep walked away from me stating "it's not their problem I need to work with apple". I get they can't fix everything but turning your back and walking away on a long term customer certainly is NOT the type of service I expect to receive.  

Edited to ad:  I called AT&T directly and explained my situation to a rep in Oklahoma. She had no issues at all walking me through the process of logging into iTunes to fix the problem. Amazing how she could help me from many states away, yet the rep in the store just states it's "an Apple problem".
