Beautiful selection of tiles at very reasonable prices.  They have a lot of different styles, sizes and colors to choose from. The staff is very helpful and attentive to your wants and needs.

Went in for the first time today to take a look at their kitchen backsplash selection. We walked around the entire store and we were probably in there for a good 30 minuets. I was the only customer in the store and neither of the two sales woman spoke one word to me. Never asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. When I left I said “have a good night” and the woman responded in a very rude tone “you too”. I’m guessing it had to do with the fact that my two year old was with me pretending to take showers in there showroom set ups. I dont recall seeing “no children allowed” on the door when I walked in though? They have a beautiful selection but I really didn’t appreciate the sales woman who seemed like I wasn’t worth her time.

We order two orders of specialty tile for our kitchen backsplash. In the first order, we received a damage sheet which we returned. So we order additional sheets of the same tile and we were charge $60 extra for shipping.  After paying the extra shipping charges, we still did not receive the complete order.  The Bel Air Tile Shop was not willing refund any of the shipping charges.  This poor customer service on the part of the Tile Shop and the corporate.
