The customer service here sucks. I've been here multiple times and no matter who is working they always act like I'm bothering them by coming in. They never have what you're looking for. Never once has anyone tried to size me for boots. I always either have to ask for sizing or try on multiple sizes to figure it out myself. I will definitely go to another store next time.

Don't waste your time here. The lady in the store is so nasty and rude. I'll take my money elsewhere or go to another location because she does not deserve to have any business. Don't take a customer service job if you don't like helping customers!

The old man at the store is a very hateful and a nasty person. I wouldn't waste your times going there. he ignored me then when it was my turn he was very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone going to that store. The other stores in the area are much more nicer and more helpful.. Just avoid the store when the old man is there!
