Very low quality service. I called 6 times and the employees that picked up just hangs up on me. This is why Home depot is better to shop at for home improvement items and appliances. They have better service, better quality items and at a better price.

I ordered over online and went to pickup after getting email and call from them. When I went there unprofessional customer service rep told me there is only one order available and we need to find another be for you. I was waiting there over 15 min and they couldn't give me any update or fulfilling my order. This is my second similar experience with this store. I left my other order and decided to never come back to Lowes in my lifetime. What a terrible experience. Customer service rep didn't say a word of apology for this kind service!

I went to Lowes today with intentions to look at refrigerators. They had such a great variety and prices to match that I purchased one. The clerks were knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Elk Grove Store.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly workers. Plenty of handicap parking. The only grievence I would have is there is not that much stainless nuts & bolts selection or stainless 304 metal selection.
