I just want to give big thank to Brittany Ward. When I tell you she handle business professionally that's an understatement. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I followed her from her first store in Livonia to Garden city and now Allen Park. You don't come across people who genuinely care, but she's on of them. You really have a great girl on your team!

The service was horrible let me begin with that. Nadeen female store manager told me to contact her with my problem, since none of the regular employees couldn't solve my issue, which they first sold me a sim card for my mobile hotspot and put it on the wrong plan. By doing so I was unable to use it while I was out of Michigan, the mobile hotspot router was totally inoperable while I was in Virginia for 2 months. Hence I couldnt go the ATT store for them to fix the issue. The manager never answered her phone, and never returned my phone calls and lastly she changed her number! This is Nadeen Arabic girl really short and chubby. So what I did next was file a BBB complaint and Tammy Melton a regional manager was able to help me by refunding me  the money that I spent. In conclusion the service at this place has gone down considerably since the veteran that use to work there has been transfered to another store. Please as a caution stay from this place its a franchise store not even corporate.

Great service. They were patient in addressing issue with my phone. They really strived hard to resolve the issue
