Nothing but a great experience. Came in one week post op from a nose surgery. After breathing through my mouth for a week, I developed a sore. Went in looking for stuff I googled, the staff told me not only what I had on my lip, but also found some natural medication. I was skeptical at first, tried it that evening, and my sore went away. Employees were so kind and helpful. Thank you
