Joe worked with me to set up & reactvate my Att hotspot today . He was very knowledgeable & did it in a timely fashion . He is a big asset to Att . I will definitely  go back  for future business.  Thanks again Joe !

Didn't fix my issue had to call back many times. Better then att customer service phone line

I have tried calling this local store four times in the last two days and also the national telesales callcenter. No one has picked up. The callcenter told me my hold time was 9 minutes after wading through their automated system for 10 minutes. Another time the hold time was over 10 minutes (no actual estimate of how long). Does AT&T even exist any more? It is as if they have gone out of business. I tried calling in the morning, afternoon, and 10 minutes before close in the hope that I would get through at a non peak time. I guess their clerks just don't answer the phone, which is ironic for a phone company.
