I have always come into Best Buy to window shop and look at items. The staff is always been helpful to me and asked if I needed assistance and if I tell them I'm just looking they say they are available and then leave you alone. You may get asked by more than one person if you need help. If you do have questions most of the people who work there are knowledgeable and can help.

Been in twice looking to spend a good amount of money. Couldn't locate any "sales people" within a 3 mile radius. BOTH times I walked up to an employee and was immediately sent on a wild goose chase saying "that isn't my department!" Well I wouldn't walk half way across the store if there's SOMEBODY in the dang dept! Now check this out.... 15 years and 2 weeks later when I actually located an employee in the dept, BEFORE ANY QUESTIONS, he stated word for word "I just work here but I don't know very much at all." Wow! So impressive!

The prices are good and the variety of products as well, just make sure you know what you are looking for and educated. Trying to find someone and get some actual help well.... Good luck. You are best to go to the store, research the product on Amazon and see if the price in store is comparable. Things sure have changed.....

Convenient place to purchase electronics and appliances.  Cables and small accessories can be purchased much more inexpensively online, but big ticket electronic and appliance items are competitively priced.  Helpful employees, clean store, no hassle returns.

I really like that their website allows me to see and research the choices of items I'm interested in.  I can tell whether they have it in stock, or where the closest store that does. When I'm there, the staff are knowledgeable, and helpful. I even appreciate that if I indicate that I am not interested in an extended warranty, they don't still put time into explaining it and pressuring me into adding it on.
