This is the place to go if you are looking to upgrade to a new phone. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and Chad also was awesome! $300 off the new phones and they even hooked me up with a case and some discounted accessories. Very knowledgeable staff that answered all of my questions. Will purchase my next phone here again! Thank you!!!

The staff here knew their stuff. I was able to sit down look at my plan I had for my cell now and they found me a better plan that gave me more gb but costed me less! Read reviews before coming was hesitant but didn't want to wait for the other store so I took a chance, glad I did.

Worse ever! Their staff is constantly changing. Past experience was fine but this time absolutely not. The store's Asst Manager helped us. You can tell he was in a rush! We had a 12 mo lease on our Sprint phone. What he did was he replaced the old leased phone with the new leased phone and NOW we are getting charged for two leased phones on one line. He proceeded to tell us Best Buy does not RETURN the leased phones and I have to contact Sprint. We went to the Sprint store and sure enough, they couldn't return the leased phone because the Assistant Manager replaced the old phone's serial number with the new one. SPRINT LITERALLY showed me it was an easy click of a button that says "Term Lease" and enter phone's serial number. And after that you throw it in a box amd ship it to Sprint. NOW it is that much more complicated because they messed up my account! And not to mention, he gives us the phone (quickest upgrade ever) and says it should work and we're done. Doesn't offer any additional assistance! I will never return to this place. Pure laziness and very poor customer service!

I went there was offer a good deal for an upgrade so i went for it the manager and assistant manager very good sales people a month went by an a totally different price when i got my phone bill try to call there and nobody knew anything finally after trying to talk to the manager after leaving a number of messages i had to go to the store only to have him tell me he didn't remember me much less the plan price he told me , he supposed to check with my cell carrier to see if something was wrong and never called or texted me , on top they insure both phones one with apple the other one with their geek squad something he never told about so i cancel with apple and never knew the other charge until I checked bank statements, all this guys want to do is sell thats it they dont care they promised a deal and it doesn't happen next time i will go directly to att a least they tell how much it's going to cost you even if is not a good deal chad or brad you guys don't know what real customer service is perhaps you will remember me when you read your review , if you even read them.

The staff was helpful and gave an honest opinion when asked about carrier coverage. Good to see they now also have wearables.
