I'll admit, I'm spoiled by my local at&t store. However, being in WR and needing a sim card replacement brought me in to this shop. I had to wait probably 20 minutes, but the people were friendly and helpful. Nice shop too.

I bought a SIM card that my phone didn't need and the girl was in a hurry seemed like so I tryed to figure it out on my own phone still won't call when I'm away from wi-fi bit I got a new SIM ,🤓.

Store & personnel were great! But down grade to 4 because they only had expensive case and screen protectors. They weren't cute must buy items. 2 things you should buy when you get new phone . I had to go else where to buy

We switched  over from Sprint after being customers of theirs for 14 years. Thank you for spending many of hours switching all of our lines and being so patient.
