The folks up at the customer service counter at this BB location are always great to interact with, every experience that I've had with them has been a positive one. Shout out to Mr. Brandon one of the managers up there, he knows how to take care of his customers, guy should be running the place. I go out of my way to visit this BB even if the product I'm looking for is cheaper and closer somewhere else, customer service is more valuable to me and excellent customer service is what I always get here.

I was helped right away and the salesman was very, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was very familiar with computer monitors and which one would best suit my son's new gaming computer.

The worst best buy ever. not one employee would help me, sent me back and forth five times before I gave up trying to buy anything and left

Great customer service I bought a expensive sercurity camera system. Found out it wasn't what I wanted so I took it back an as usual they refunded the money. I went home and counted it saw I was missing a few dollars. So I went back to customer service an explain what had happened they said they were sorry. And went back and counted the money that was in that cash register, saw that there was a miss count an had no problem refunding the money that they had miss counted. These people are great if you need any elebctrics I suggest best buy they will give you the best service!!

These guys have everything eletronic phones, computers, TVs, games and water and dryers. Great people who know all the products. Fast checkout too!!!
