Everything was great right up until we needed someone to operate equipment to get an item off the top shelf. Got tired of waiting for Mandy so checked out without that needed item. Spoke with two managers about it at 4:12ish. They assured me they would pull the item and put it at the customer service desk for me. I went back at 6:00, the items were not only not at customer service, they were not pulled off the top shelf yet either. After waiting again for almost 15 minutes I decided that I would have to find them somewhere else because undoubtedly this store does not want my business. Side note, Carrie the cashier was awesome!

HD needs to educate their employees on their products. They never know how to answer a specific question, just point you in the wrong dirextion. You only hope is that you get an old retired guy, the only ones that ever help you. They will stand there and mumble for 10 minutes instead of getting someone that can help.

Made a payment and the young lady at Services was very personable and efficient... Had to buy to heavier items and Jonathan loaded them on to a cart, took them to the front for payment, and loaded them up into my truck... Super nice guy... Friendly and helpful to the max... Jonathan is an asset to this location and company.....

I was there to get prices on comodes and vanaties. I didn't get any help. But I gave the associate my contact info for a quote on a hvac system. It's all good I got the prices I needed.

More than willing to help us never rude we absolutely LOVE our Watso Blvd Home Depot people there are outstanding when it comes to their customers We had to return a pressure washer and they were just as nice as if we were buying it AMAZING thans guys
