NOT MILITARY OR FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Wow where to begin? This ATT location has got to be one of the poorest excuses for an authorized retailer I’ve ever seen. Today my family went in to upgrade my grandmas phone. Immediately upon walking in, they were greeted with “um you’ll have to wait we’re helping other people right now”. No, “hello were a little busy but we’ll be right with you” you know, the standard polite response for any establishment that wants a returning customer.  

Deciding to look past this as maybe the workers were just overworked, my family decided to quietly wait their turn and look at a flip phone as it would be easiest for my elderly grandmother to use. This should be no problem right? Well apparently it upset the female worker there who blurted out while “working”  with her other customers, “if you’re looking for a flip phone we don’t have any and won’t be getting any in anytime soon”.  The look and tone of this female associate was absolutely disgusting. My husband, a Hard working Marine, wanted to surprise my grandma with getting her this new phone. This nice gesture quickly turned sour due to the lack of professionalism and product knowledge of an unfit associate. So would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. Not military or family friendly in the slightest. Take your business on to Lexington. You’ll be sure to get quality service at one of the many locations there. I know we sure did.

These guys are awesome.  They are very helpful, and whenever I have a problem or can't understand a feature on my phone, they are patient and willing to help.  Great group of people.....
