HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! I had been run around in circles by the customer care call center and ATT store in the Portofino center in the Woodlands. When I showed up here at the Valley Ranch location they took the time to help me out for an hour and got all of my issues resolved and were very friendly! Thank you Mike and Brent for all of you help with my account.

All of the employees at this store are very nice and super personable! They helped me with the purchase of my phone and even took the time out to set up all the information on my new iPhone 8.

Spent two days on the phone trying to fix an error issued from ATT. No follow up from corporate number. Visited store, spent two hours explaining their companies mistakes. Told they would fix issues. Still no followup from live agents either.
