Today was our first day back to school after Hurricane Harvey, some of our San Jacinto Elementary students lost everything. We are trying to rebuild and lift the spirits around the school. Alfonso generously gave us enough lei's for every student for a very VERY big discount. Allowing us to celebrate Hawaiian Friday and put a smile on all of our kids faces! Thank you so much Party City!

Worst freaking service ive received anywhere in a while!! There was 3 customers in store 2 workers by the time they got to me 35 mins later because one of the workers was too busy on her phone, the balloons i got were supposed to sing never sang went thru two different ones nd the other ballons i got had holes. added to having to just get my money back and my son not get his balloons aftet almost 45 nins now the girl tried to argued with me after i called them out on their service and her being on her phone. shouldve gotten names.

The customer service from the store manager was lacking. I wanted to pre-order balloons for later this weekend but the manager lacked the ability to communicate with me verbally. He just pointed to the check out. Like a fool, I stood there waiting around for him to explain the process on picking the balloons. Finally I gave up and just left. Very strange. The store was well stocked on other things. If you don’t need anyone’s help, you’ll be fine going there.

Megan the "store manager" is awful. Her attitude is nasty and her customer service skills are seriously lacking. I will never spend another dime at party city because of this monstrosity of a human.
