After hearing multiple recommendations from my friends, I decided to go here to get my dog groomed. The young lady (I think her name was Jessica ), was so kind to us and did a wonderful job on Max! Will definitely come back, awesome staff.

2 out of 3 visits they were out of small crickets. Finally had some today so that's good. No other type of live food for bearded dragons though... That the worker knew about at least....

The store itself is a five star rating, but the salon is so-so. I know my girls are a handful but I told them to use treats and they don’t allow treats in the salon which I understand some dogs have allergies. They didn’t do good with grinding nails they were still rough. Some of the groomers had bad attitudes or at least their facial expressions seemed liked it. The only groomer I saw that was in a good mood was Carter and a bather. Both were very sweet and had good customer service. They have package prices but doesn’t say the bath price is based off of weight + package price (I personally did not see a sign in store or online about pricing). I will still continue to go to the store but will not take my girls back for grooming.

Didn't have supplies in stock that I buy in a regular basis. Haven't had this problem at the Humble store. Can't wait for that store to re-open from Harvey damage.

Been in twice Love the location not having to go into Humble. So far they have been GREAT!
