Had a great experience with the manager Ally today. I have been to many at&ts and this was by far the best service I have ever recieved. Definitely will return to this store if I ever need anything in the future. Awesome service and kind staff :)

Wish I could rated a NO STAR. By far the WORST customer service Ever. I felt like I was held hostage. After I agreed to upgrade and add a line I was told I needed to pay tax today. I didn’t have that so everything needed to be cancelled. She wasn’t registered as a Sales person in this store and I needed to wait with her on hold while she verified who she was. 1.5 hours later. It’s finally reversed and I’ve been release from this hostage situation.

Had an excellent experience today with Gregorio and Christian. Was dreading visiting the store because of past poor reviews but I went anyway and was very pleasantly surprised. I was acknowledged right away. I did have to wait about 5 mins while another customer finished chatting but then Gregorio spent ALOT of time getting me set up. I think this store is improving dramatically. Give them a chance as they are always busy. So, bring patience and a smile. You will be taken care of.
