Compared to the nightmarishly overcrowded Apple Store, the Microsoft store always seems to have a more moderate crowd. It’s easier to get attention from an associate and, while you wait, they have video games and other things to play with to pass the time. I, myself, had a tech support appointment and the technician was really nice and knowledgeable. He swapped out my notebook for a replacement without much fuss and I was done within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I also really like the layout of the store and how clean and bright it is. Microsoft may be taking a page from Apple’s retail playbook there, but it works. All told, I enjoy visiting the Microsoft Store and, now that I’ve experienced a real drop in the software quality of my Apple products, I have been visiting them more often.

Had a good experience at the Microsoft Store. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable about the products I had questions about. There were many computers, laptops, and other items to test out, including Microsoft's Mixed Reality headsets (VR) demo.

A very good place to talk to Microsoft. My own experience was not good but otherwise it is a good place.

The employees at this Microsoft store are the most helpful people ever! Super quick in helping me resolve an issue with my Surface.

Scott was incredible. He took a very LARGE problem-broke it into manageable pieces to solve, set up a time line, and communicated often with the status. His follow through was the BEST!
