This place is garbage. I bought a set of speakers from Carolina Customs that were defective from the manufacturer. The tweeter in both have extreme distortion. I went back to have the problem diagnosed. I was told to turn my bass all the way to negative 16. That seems counterproductive to an audio upgrade don't you think. The guy was an arrogant punk to begin with. They sold me a set of speakers for 135 dollars. It came with zero hardware for installation. No warranty info. Zero literature from the retailer or manufacturer. So when I go to return said speakers. I am told that there is zero refunds. Although there is a sign that has their refunds guidelines, all of which I meet. So then another guy comes from the back and tries to tell me there are no refunds. All the while no one has tried to diagnose the problem. I am then told tthat the manager that can do the refunds is not there. And I needed to wait 4 days for him to return. Now today I am told that this person, their manager, does not exist. Consumer beware. This place is run by a bunch of children with ZERO business sense and ZERO customer service. Once they have your money that is it. You're never getting it back.

Never again in life will I use this place. I took my car there to get the windows tinted on my vehicle and the work done looks terrible. I went back three days after to see what my options were and I was told the "the guy who did the tint no longer works here and won't be used again". I left my number with an employee to reschedule the tint to be fixed. After one week there was no call back nor appointment scheduled. I visited the shop again twice more and I was never contacted to get the issue resolved. Finally I went to the shop to get a refund and after explaining again what's happened I was told that the manager wasn't there at the moment, keep in mind he hasn't been there the past three times. To top off the story from the back comes the man who did the tint job in the first place who was allegedly "no longer working there" and he informed that I should have came back to get it fixed right when I seen the tint peeling and bubbling............you can't be serious sir. This place has no structure, no real employees and you will die before you get a call back from Tim the manager. Never again in life! One star gives this place too much credit.

I had someone take my car to this place to have a television installed and they burnt my TV out during the install! The manager was going to try to collect the install fee after they wired the TV improperly! Are you serious?? They had the nerve to say it was already damaged before installing. Really? If it wasn't working before install wouldn't you have let me know?? I've tried to contact the owner, Tim, to speak with him about the issue and he wont return my calls. I will be contacting BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. BEWARE- DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP. I regret not going to Norton's, cheaper isn't always better. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
