Would not go back in the Dorchester location Judy allowed someone to go into my account she trusted and she was added on my account and i wasn’t there now she’s trying to save her ass and make it look like it wasn’t her that played a part when she trusted the girl and was going to hire her! She gave this girl 3 iPhones under my account and did not have my id or anything the girl said Judy just asked her for the number and she gave her access now they want to sweep it under the rug

I switched from verizon to AT&T yesterday and the staff alone was very friendly, patient, and very helpful! If you go to this location ask for Jared K. He is awesome!! He made the process super easy and he definitely gave the best kind of customer service you would want to have!

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this store. You can't reach anybody by phone there, I have been in there when the phone rings they just let it. Everything that I set up with was wrong. They didn't set my account up correctly and now the phones that were supposed to be paid off by them are at a collection agency. What a waste.
