Easy order through the website. The website is wonderful. 1 min to pickup the order,  unless you like browse the shelves in the store. Huge variety of all kind of products and most importantly consistently low competitive prices! If you register on the web, they send great coupons and keep you up to date with new arrivals. Best feature for me is reorder of the products I like in 1 step! If you like sampling check the schedule for all kind of events.

Great store! Went in to get a gift and there was so much more than just beer, wine and liquors  (a great selection of each). I ended up putting a basket together with chocolate, nuts, jelly beans, cute drink napkins and a gift certificate. Everything was reasonably priced and the staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. This just turned in to my "grab a gift for all occasions" place.

I'm a regular at total wine in charleston for years and also a member.  But I notice an ongoing trend of the floor staff obviously ignoring myself as other African Americans, while in some instances skip over me and ask Caucasian customers can they help them, I even put it to a test and circle there perspective  isle area's to be sure and my observation was conclusive to my findings. If you value us as a customer these actions will not be tolerated and I suggest you monitor your staff on these findings.  I have surveyed other patrons in the store and they see the trend also. Don't forget, either way; they are other places that would accept our business. Including the base which is very much cheaper in price, especially myself being a decorated vet.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My husband and I regularly make purchases here and today the sales associate refused to sell to us because my husband forgot his wallet at home. I explained that I was paying for everything but the woman refused to sell it to me unless he came back with his ID. I asked if I could just return to the store to make the purchase myself, and she explained that she would not sell anything to me today unless HE returned with me with his ID. Absolutely absurd. We both are closer to 30 than 21 and we are regular customers that many associates recognize. In the past, I have never had this issue with them but today we were treated like criminals for forgetting a wallet at home. There are other reviews on here saying that bad customer service here may be related to the race of the customer- and I would have to agree.

Amazing place. First off if you've ever had trouble finding your drink of choice you should visit this place. Hundreds of thousands of drinks, premade shots, spirits, and other paraphernalia to suit your fancy. I was happily surprised to find everything I was looking for and to see friendly and knowledgeable staff. Now my only stop for spirits.
