Absolutely rude staff ! Could not care less about your issues. Went to return pressure washer there that I bought three days ago. First time use today and it leaked gas had no water pressure and wouldn't spray soap.  They didn't want to take it back at first even though it was an out of the box failure. After taking it back and dealing with the cashier and managers attitude they almost made me buy another quart of oil which I'd just put in my defective unit.  Shame on Northern tool for making it an inconvenience to return a defective product. I used to think highly of this store, no longer though.

Advertisement=front page, save $100 on reconditioned saw(Poulan Pro &199 includes case,gloves,chain, assembled too I believe)I drive 30 miles round trip and  see the price of $139 reconditioned, no case, no gloves, not assembled for $99 ...Manager Steve tells me Im saving $99 in agreement with his misleading national advertisements. $139-$99=$40 savings + no case etc.Steve think on this, you are not honest on a cpuple levels. Tractor supply,Amazon,and even Harbor freight, but never Nottheren again. Sad

Very few times am I impressed with the service at big box stores; however, Northern Tool in N Charleston is an outstanding example of customer service.  First of all, I found out that this chain is privately owned, which would explain the personal touch still present in all aspects of customer relations.  I needed a personal favor and the Store Manager, Ed Bouressa, was willing to accomodate my needs even though I was out of town having to coordinate matters over the phone.  Ed and his staff are the best folks in town if you are in the market for quality tools and supples.  Also, they have a parts and service department which is becoming almost impossible to find anymore.  I have a farm and own numerous tools and motorized equipment purchased from N Tool.  For example, my pressure washer is 12 years old and still runs strong, just an occasional part from time to time which N Tool always can timely deliver.  Thank you Ed and please let your whole staff know that they make a difference!

Bought replacement tail lights for trailer . Passenger light 18.99 . Drivers side light 29.99 . What a scam! 👎👎

The staff and manager ( Ed Bouressa) was a tremendous help when we exchanged a welder there today! Its nice shopping at a store, where the customer comes first. Thank you!!!
