Went in to buy a case of water and a bag of ice...There was a pallet of water with a big sign that said 2.99 for 24 bottles. Walmart had 35 bottles for 3.50 but i was there already so I bought them...when i was told the total the math in my head didnt coincide with my reciept but I was in a  hurry.  As I was driving off, I checked the receipt and realized that I was charged 3.99 instead of 2.99...so i turned around and went back in there. I told Gerald that the sign said 2.99, but i was charged 3.99.  He informed  me that the 2.99 was with a CVS card.  Really?  How many people buy items in this store based on the price shown,  only to be duped at the register. How many old people are scammed like this who live on fixed incomes.  Taking advantage of people by way of flim flam at the register seems to be the business practice by which this company prospers. This is stealing plain and simple. 
At any rate,   I had a CVS card but he never asked for it and his remedy was to give me a CVS "extra buck". to be used the next time I cam back in the store. Prior to this complete waste of my time, my dollar could have been used toward the purchase of anything. Now my dollar cannot be used toward the purchase of alcohol, milk, lottery, money orders, gift cards, etc and a whole list of other exclusions....and can only be used in a CVS store. Nice little hustle.
Its only a dollar, I get it. But is was my dollar to do with what ever I chose and now its not.  What bothers me most, is how many people dont catch the bait and switch? And why do all the mistakes always favor CVS?  Because this is protocol for CVS. Its the business model to which they subscribe...How many old people are robbed on a daily basis with this chain?...

Not a good place to fill prescriptions.  Dropped off 2 scripts on Tues, and one was filled. The other needed to be ordered and would be avail by 4pm on Wed.  No text, no call from pharmacy.  When I called to inquire, I was told it wasn't on today's truck and MAYBE tomorrow.  You think they would have called.  Go anywhere else.

Absolutely no customer service if I didn’t have to use cvs due to my insurance I would avoid this site at all costs.

First time going there, waited over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was even there, was then told to see someone about my insurance, more wait, then told to go back and wait in line to pick up the prescription called in 2-days prior! I left without my prescription, not sure I will fill it here.

My daughter had oral surgery and I brought the prescriptions to,this CVS...the young lady with brown curly hair was so rude at the drop off station on 11/22/16. So I waited for an hour and half then went to,the counter to ask if the scripts can be pushed up as the,numbing med is wearing off. The cashier proceeds to ask Jen the pharmacist I was unable to hear what she said but by the look on,the cashiers face she was comfortable relaying what she said. She,then just said they can't move it up with her head down. No,explanation was given no duration was given. This is the,worst experience I have ever had as far as customer service I would,not recommend this pharmacy to,a dog. They really need to learn what AIDET stands for.
