The phone tech was really helpful trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Couldnt figure it out but he tried everything he could. It may be my phone,  though.

First of all I must say that I'm not the guy that ever and I mean ever complain or writes a bad review. I live in Henderson but I was on that side of Evansville that day to do some business I walked in this store cuz I wanted the tablet special. the lady took my name I sat there for 40 minutes there was a little bored with different people's name to wait on my name never came up on the board and then people that was there after me began to get waited on and I waited and I waited and still nobody ever came to help me. Finally I got up and just left. I've never been treated like that before. I went over to the AT&T on Burkhardt I went in to put my name on the board I got my turn I got my item I was very pleased

Wait time a bit long, but it was a Saturday afternoon. Issue with phone was resolved. Service was excellent.

Everyone in this store is always so helpful, especially Burgandy S. They really took care of my mom when we had to get her a new cellphone.

Nice store -not much inventory. Sales person Spencer was not pushy - yet he really needs to know his product more & have some people skills and enthusiasm for his job. Not a very helpful sales rep
