This location is convenient to me. However,  the service I received on my last visit from this store and the corporate website has me refusing to ever go back. There was a $3.00 discrepancy on an item that the cashier could not help me with. When I contacted the online customer service about my frustration that employees should be empowered to help customers with small dollar differences, the Menards company responded with the worse customer service response I've ever seen. So, for $3.00, I'm now a dissatisfied customer who is actively driving business aware from a store I used to enjoy spending money at. Very disappointed, it is unfortunate.

We got some paint that did not match once we got home. We went back to the store and a guy back in the paint section helped us out in getting the paint matched perfectly. We really appreciate the time and effort he took to help us out. You don't see that everyday. We didn't get his name but he wears glasses it's kind of tall brown reddish hair.

I'm livid right now. I ordered a forty dollar item from menard's online.It didn't work with the project I had going on. I took it back to menard's original packaging, proper dated receipt, item in perfect condition. Yes they gave me my money back but they deducted a 25% restocking fee. WHAT!!! That is totally unreasonable. We just spent over five hundred dollars this summer on a yard project and this is the loyalty that's shown. I won't spend another nickel in there. Christmas is right around the corner and I always spend a lot of money at menard's. NOT THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
