I've had a complicated, ongoing billing problem which I hadn't been able to resolve online. Alex delivered first-rate customer service today at AT&T on Conn. Ave....my problem was solved in just a few minutes. And all the while, so helpful and friendly. If only everyone could be this great at their job!

Aussie's just arrived in to D.C popped in to get go phone sim. Thanks Kola and staff. Kola got two phones sorted and ready to use  for us very quickly much appreciated

Walked in and was greeted by an unhelpful guy who talked to me very incredulously, and gave me a very bad vibe of this location.  Then the staff who actually helped me told me I couldn't exchange my phone, even though I was within the 14 day exchange period, because the promotion that was going on when I got the phone was over and it would screw up the bill.  TOTAL BS.  I went to the store down the street in Dupont and the staff there exchanged my phone with no issues at all.

I upgraded to a new iPhone in Sep 2016 at this location. They didn't process my swap correctly and I've had to open a case with corporate to finally stop AT&T billing from trying to charge my account every month since... 5th call with customer service was the charm, so this review also applies to At&t customer service for dragging this out almost 3 months. This store in the Washington Square Building does sloppy work.
