Absolutely fabulous service given to me by the lovely Tracy. I was trying to print some pictures and the paper ran out. Even though the Specialist on photos was out for the day, she tirelessly helped me and not only did she singlehandedly figure out how to fix the printer, she stayed with me and made sure my pictures got printed. In my life, I've never experienced such lovely customer service. She was an absolute joy, and so pleasant throughout the entire experience. So thank you Tracy for your wonderful service. You made my day a little better. :)

Fast check out i can walk across the streets from my job. Customer service is excellent.Staff very helpful.

Always a good experience at the pharmacy. The staff is efficient, friendly, and when they are swamped, they acknowledge and apologize for the wait.

I had absolutely the worst customer service experience at the CVS on Vermont and L street in Washington D.C. ...Customer Service Rep, Samoniqa along with her sidekick egging her on, told me to get out of her line because she did not want to take my cvs extra bucks coupon... Isn't this the only reason we shop at CVS. I'm completely disgusted !!!
