This store is in a "GREAT" area! Its dare I say it...in the heart of DC. I had to return something so I had to wait (not long) at the main customer service / return line. I say that because the "Rack" has express check-out stations scattered through the store. Which is a great idea. Back to the return process. My sales associate was Octavius P. He was welcoming and made that connection everyone in customer service needs to make but keep the line moving. It was a smooth return and I was on my way to enjoy the last few hours of day light. Great store, great associates, and great products!

I personally don't like this store, and have only been when other people ask me to tagalong with them. It's way too messy. The stuff is just thrown all over the place. So if you like digging for buried treasure, this is the store for you treasure hunters. Plus I don't think the prices are really that good to be honest. I'm not digging through a heap of clothes to pay normal prices. I prefer to just take the trip to the normal Nordstroms or Macy's.

I'm only happy about this place because my daughter spilled tons of lotion on the floor and an employee and the lady said all was well and cleaned it up. We don't get that treatment too often in Texas. The people were well manned and the store was located in a good looking area.
