The service at the Logan CVS is terrible. In fact, it is so bad it is comical. While most employees are good natured, hardly any know much about the store and the lines move slower than one could have imagined (before visiting). It even opens late some mornings (e.g. half an hour or an hour). The thing is everybody in the n-hood knows this and has no real choice but accept it. This post is intended for the off chance a higher up at CVS reads this and can actually do something to address the service quality. It doesn't have to be this bad. The Whole Foods next door runs exceptionally well and, from what I understand, is one of the lead sellers in the country.
