Just left this store after waiting for nearly ten minutes and receiving no service. The two employees were with customers. One of them could have acknowledged my presence. I walked around while I was waiting. It's not like they couldn't see me. I want to know who trains the employees in the area customer service.

These guys are awesome, so much more helpful than the other AT&T store in town. Artie the store manager is awesome and always a pleasure to deal with.

Art is a terrible store manager and the worst is that he refused to give me his supervisor's contact information when I complained. How professional is that?

Carmicheal is completely amazing and super nice. He has such great customer service skills and can make you feel like the only customer in the store.
