Staff is always trying to help,I love AT&T, they explain your options very well.

One star is too many!  AT&T must not be allowed to merge!  They are a terrible, careless company.  I hate AT&T.  They should not be in business because they do not care about their customers.
With no phone reception, I drive all the way to AT&T office yesterday.  The representative tells me that service "is spotty" in Santa Fe, and tells me that I am not authorized to make changes.  When I tell them that fixing it is not a change, they look like they are in a daze, and do nothing.
Next day, I return with aforementioned authorization and they are still reluctant to help me because my wallet had been stolen and I only had my expired license and three other picture ID.
Though I was not pleased, I did not raise my voice, I did not use foul language, and I made no threats.  The manager tells me to "calm down", I respond, "This is calm", it was he who was provocative.
Bottom line...AT&T  phone reception is terrible in Santa Fe, but not as bad as the service at their office.

The assistant manager Paul isn't very knowledgeable. Many of the other employees too don't know how things work. I had to call up customer service from the store and explain to them what the issue was. Customer service had to then explain to the assistant manager what the problem was. Ultimately my issue did not get resolved because one of AT&T retailers had messed something up. However, what should have taken 10 minutes to figure out (if the staff had shown some initiative) took over 90 minutes to figure out. And if I had not made calls to AT&T's customer service it would never had been figured out.

Wish there were more competent people at the store.
