Don't believe their website.  I made a trip to the hardware department of this store to purchase a digital multimeter because the Sears website said they had them in stock.  They didn't have them.  Two clerks said "oh, this happens all the time" -- one of them reported that "about three times a day customers come to his department looking for things that the website says they have, but they don't."  I had the item # on my phone, so I asked them to look it up.  Their computer said they 24 in stock, so they re-checked - the back, "the cage," everywhere.  NOPE - still nuthin'. 

I will say that the clerks were very pleasant and wanted to be helpful.  BUT ... the store is bereft of inventory.  It's dirty.  The items they do have seem to have been thrown randomly at the shelves.  And obviously their inventory control systems are worthless.  I'll be amazed if this store is still open six months from now.

I've had the worst time trying to get ahold of somebody at Sears whether in the Appliance Department or trying to get ahold of somebody at Merchandise pick-up. We have left messages after messages nobody calls me back.

Patrick helped us and we bought several items in hardware and it wasn' t even the department he was working in but he went out of his area to be helpful.

Tried to call to schedule oil change. After several unsuccessful attempts drive over only to be interrupted by I believe her name was Ramona and told that she could not help me today. Maybe if they answered thier phone with such zeal we wouldn't have to drive over to be treated to poorly. Yet another company I will not ever be utilizing again.

There were maybe 3 employees wondering around, had to go behind a register to raise enough attention to be helped.

their handicap access button wouldn't work which was problematic with my dad being in a non electric wheel chair. 

The mall itself thinks it a cruel joke to put wheel chair rentals on the second floor.
