cell phone stores can be frustrating and not your favorite, but this location has always been helpful and the least stressful place to take care of phone needs.

Went to the store to buy a Go Phone Moto E. I knew exactly what I wanted before ever going in the store and checked online to see if any were in stock. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted and asked what I was there for (which I told them). I was then told I was next to be helped. It appeared as all the staff were busy helping other customers except for one standing behind the register and the one who had put me on the list when I came in the store (it seems as if his only job was to put peoples name on a list and that's all he could handle). After 10 minutes of waiting what appeared to be the manager came out and talked to the man that had put my name on the list to be helped. He informed her that I was still waiting to be helped. She then proceed to talk to two different employees working on the floor and then returned to the back where she came from. After 20 minutes of waiting to buy a phone that requires nothing more that opening that cabinet and ringing it up at the register, I gave up. I have to recommend 100 percent against ever utilizing this place. If they can't handle simply getting an item out of a cabinet and ringing it up at a register within a 20 minute window, I would hate to see how they respond do any other situation that would require attention.

Matt is an amazing professional. He was more then happy to help myself and my husband get everything settled for our new account with AT&T. He spent over an hour making sure that everything we requested was done correctly. Because of his service I look forward to keeping AT&T for many more years and have even convinced my Mother to switch over to the service. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful and I have never had a bad service issue with them.

Very understaffed. Pretty helpful when they actually help. Try to sell you on the stuff they like a little even though it's cheaper. Guess they were just giving advice but first time I went in wanting a galaxy s6 they told me they wanted a huge down payment to get on a next plan because I have no credit. They told me just buy one with a broken screen and get it fixed and it'd be cheaper...finally got one after looking online and telling them I should get it for the price online...better than Verizon though. They wouldn't even talk to me after a credit check.
