My online transaction went smoothly and the 10% discount was nice. There  was also a $10.00 manufacturers rebate. However, too receive this I had to mail my original receipt along with the paperwork to process my rebate. I made a copy of my original receipt for my records. It would be nice if you could just email your rebate for processing along with a transaction number for proof of purchase. Hopefully I will receive my rebate.

Easy online ordering plus a great $10 rebate made my purchase a pleasure.   Our previous Batteries Plus battery was bought way back in 2010!  7 years later we needed a new one for our lawn tractor and of course we bought from them again.    Jacob was very friendly and thoughtful enough to get my old battery out of my trunk and carry my new one to my car. I definitely recommend their product and customer service.

Back in December I had a very bad experience at Batteries plus. But the manager went out of his way to fix the situation so I decided to give them another try. And I'm very glad I did! I took my dad here to get a new car battery for Father's Day, and we had a great experience. Brian was very helpful and personable, and the entire staff that day went out of their way to help my father and I, and made great conversation. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to others!

Only place that had the equipment to fix the circuit board to my pinball machine. They even attached the battery and everything. VERY HAPPY
