I opened a rewards store credit card with the way of saving money on my first purchase. The representative in the magnolia store said if I open a store card and use it with financing that I would get reward points back if I pay it off within a month anyway. I never got my points and corporate said it would never happen either. Best Buy should get no stars for lying to me about how points work on their store rewards credit card.

The customer service sucks. Drive 60 miles one way to buy a laptop get what I wanted. Get home it's the wrong one. I wanted the 2 in 1. Not the regular one. Next day drive back to the store. Well now it's on sale cheaper but they don't have any. Would be next week unless I wanted it shipped to my house. NOT. never got to talk to the manager. If I wanted to order stuff online I'd stay home. Don't need best buy for that.

This a a review of the survey I just took. It asks for feedback on my experience. I don't even have the product in hand. It may be delivered Wednesday, but who knows. It may work fine, but who knows. What I do know is that these surveys are a worthless annoyance.

Today at almost 35 I ventured out to buy a few things on a black Friday sale... Which, of course, the line was insane and I thought I'd be there til I was old a gray. Not so! The employees were working the floor like pros, the cashiers we're kind and helpful while also being really efficient and moving the line along VERY quickly. The deals were pretty great that they had lined up but the register as well. I was impressed as always but given the day, I was just beyond relieved it was such a positive experience.

Most the time I come here to look around and see some cool stuff. The sales people always willing to help and if they don’t have an answer they get someone who has.
