Horrible customer service. It's no wonder this company is going to go out of business. A 30 day return policy is a major red flag (on all items-not even store credit given!). I'd run to any other store to make major purchases. Manager walks around this store with absolutely no sense of urgency (shoulders slouched and feet shuffling and all) while customers are waiting on him. After this experience in store Sears has lost all my business.

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE I ORDER A NEW KENMORE WASHER AND DRYER WAITED 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY THEY DELIVERED AND TOOK AWAY MY WASHER AND DRYER AND SET THE TIMER ON THE NEW DRYER FOR 60 MINUTES AND SAID WAIT FOR IT TO RUN THEN YOU CAN USE IT. 25 MINUTES LATER IT WAS STILL ON 60 MINUTES AND NO HEAT THE DELIVERY GUYS HADN'T BEEN GONE AN HOUR AND I CALLED AND TOLD SEARS WHAT WAS GOING ON AFTER TALKING TO 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IT CAME DOWN TO THEY COULDN'T DELIVER ME A NEW DRYER UNTIL AUGUST 9TH AND I SAID NO WAY AFTER HOURS OF ARGUING WITH THEM COME TO FIND OUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY OLD WASHER AND DRYER BACK AND THEY ARE PICKING UP THERE WASHER AND DRYER ON SATURDAY. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

Just like any other aging department store...overpriced and on its way out of this world. Nice knowing you Sears...say hi to Woolworths for me.

I'm writing this review for my poor sister who mistakenly did business at Sears. She purchases a fridge for her new home, a nice stainless steel French doors fridge. After the hassle of trying to figure out when it would be delivered and Sears rescheduling 8 times (no exaggerating), she finally got a fridge delivered but it was the WRONG one, a cheap top freezer, small fridge and on top of that, it didn't even have matching handles. She had them leave it since she had been without a fridge for nearly a month now and a person can only live so long without food in their home. She spoke with three manager who assured her she would get her fridge swapped out soon. It's been FOUR months and she still does not have her fridge, the manager keeps giving her the run around and on top of that, the cheap fridge she was given leaks ALL over her floor. She was told they would come look at it and fix it and even that's been a nightmare of almost 2 months of not showing up. She just wants the fridge she ordered originally!! I feel bad for her. I know now to NEVER do business at Sears!!!
