They are always very nuce could. They truly have the right foot forward to offer positive customer service with a smile however, they need to be a little more educated in their customer quality in customer accounts. Each time we have visited they have always seemed to rush the question with their answer and it has never been accurate. We have always ended up calling customer service even after the visit. They need more employees or training needs to be more in depth to answer the questions correctly in a timely matter, so the AT&T employees don't feel rushed and give mixed communication/ information on the issue at hand to the customer. It's a total inconvenience​ having to go there, then being there five minutes thinking great, my problem has been fixed and so quickly. That was not a big deal at all until you realize nothing has been fixed and you go through the same exact hoops once, twice or three times more. Never leave until you know for certain everything is correct especially with your billing preferences. Ask to see a print out of the changes. They seem very confident in the changes they have said to have maid to your account, until you see your new monthly bill, and see nothing has been changed. If it has, it does not turn out in your favor; with new extra cost or lost coverage. Gggrrr.

This is by far the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I've had TWO "appointments" scheduled to fix my service and I've had TWO times where nobody called and nobody showed up causing time away from work. Horrible horrible company that doesn't know the first thing about satisfying customers. I'll be switching and telling anyone and everyone that will listen to avoid ATT like the plague.

With the reviews that are already on here, I wasn't looking forward to going. But I had no problems whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention, fast. So yeaa, 5 stars.

so far we asked for help & the manager told us he coudnt help us cause he is managing the people. then he straightened the staplers on the desk & wandered around. there are staff standing around but no one will help us.
