Gotta say that I was pleased with service at this location and at the mall. Bought a w/d and Jan was very helpful. Recommend it. Also in the jeans department sales person was very helpful. Looking for 560"s didn't have them but referred me to another store. Thanks I'll be returning.

I was unaware the store closed at 9pm because I failed to look at the sign when I got there around 8:20pm. When I had picked up all of my 5 or so items, I went to try them on and the sales associate named Susan told me in a very stern and unfriendly tone “we are closing in 5 minutes, you need to be at the front of the store before then.” She had no smile on her face at all. When I asked if I could try on my clothes really quickly to make sure they fit she rushed me by saying I better be at the front in time for close. While in the fitting room, even though the itercom told me it was closing time, she made sure to come up to the door and tell me I needed to go because it was close. Before I even checked out, the store had turned off most of the lights and I was being rushed out of the door. I understand it was close, but shouldn’t this have been handled differently and friendlier? I wouldn’t have minded simply being told they closed at 9 and if I could quickly try on clothes and head to the front. I only had a few items so it wouldn’t have taken me long and I didn’t appreciate being rushed. This whole experience ruined my view of jc penny.

Nice store! There is ample parking. It's a safe place to shop!

It's a small store so they don't  have a huge selection , but still all departments including appliances.

Employees were very helpful
The music they play is so loud it's annoying and I couldn't wait to get out unfortunately
