Went to the portrait studio and even though I had to wait they had a kids area for my kids to play and watch movies, which was great! And once I got my pictures taken there was no presure to buy more than I wanted!!

Sometimes the lines are really long but one thing I do have to say is that the store flows. It's easy to find things even the hard to find items. The staff are nice and helpful. The store is also well located.

Nice change from the hustle and bustle of the competitor across the street a little more expensive but I guess your paying for the relaxed atmosphere

Tried to make returns. Customer service manager rude telling me in wrong place wrong line. Fine get in right place. Then won't let me make returns. Shop elsewhere.
